Terms and Conditions for Sunny Homes Rentals SL
1. Booking and Payment:
A booking can be made by phone or email and is confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount and it needs to be made in the first 10 days at;

The balance of the rental amount is due 7-10 days before the start of the rental period. If a booking is made within 8 weeks of the rental period, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. A booking is only considered confirmed once the deposit has been received and the booking confirmation has been sent.
The outstanding amount will be charged between 7-10 days before arrival, as also we will explain you step by step how we will meet and great regarding the key handling and meeting point.
We can attend you in English, Dutch, German, French and Spanish language.
If you need to cancel your booking, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
- More than 60 days before the start of the rental period: full deposit refund.
- Less than 60 days before the start of the rental period: no deposit refund.
- In the event of a cancellation, written notification must be provided via email.
- The date of the email will be used to determine the cancellation fee.
It is recommended that you take out travel insurance to cover any cancellation charges and also to cover any accidental damage that may occur during your stay.
The company will not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred during your stay.
- The rental property is for the use of the person(s) named on the booking form only.
- The number of guests must not exceed the number stated on the booking form.
- Any additional guests staying at the property will be charged an additional fee.
- 80kwh of electricity is included in the price per week, consumption over this will be charged by 0.30€ per kwh
5. Damages and Breakages:
You are responsible for any damages or breakages caused during your stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be taken from the deposit or, if the deposit is insufficient, an invoice will be sent to you for the balance. Any damages or breakages must be reported to the owner or their representative immediately.
Pets are not allowed in the rental property unless prior arrangements have been made. A fee may be charged for pet-friendly rentals.
Smoking is not allowed in the rental property. Any evidence of smoking inside the property will result in a cleaning fee and/or a loss of deposit.
8. Linen and Towels and Amnities:
Please be aware that the property has linen, towels, WIFI and air-conditioning, but please bring your own beach towels.
Additional sets of linen and towels can be provided at an extra cost. You may have international channels in the property, but we cannot promise you that you will have your favourite channels but there is normally 1 channel for each nationality. We can also offer you additional service, as all utilities for babies, as baby bath, high chair, cot, …
9. Arrival and Departure:
Between 14:00 and 20:00.
After 20:00, will be given a code to a key box in the area where you will be staying where you can collect the keys to your accommodation from.
Guests need to leave the accommodation before 11am. Then the accommodation will be cleaned for the next guests this is why a late departure is not an option.
And for those how prefer to not rent a car, we can pick you up and bring you back from the airport, up to 8 persons, for prices please do not hesitate to contact us.
We ask all our clients to call us 1 hour prior to arrival at the rental accommodation, so we can arrange the final meeting time and place (mostly by the property self)
10. Maintenance and Repairs:
The property will be cleaned and maintained before your arrival.
You have 24 hours after arrival to complain about anything, for example the clean and we will improve if possible but using our cleaners, * by complaints regarding cleaning, broken issues, etc, complains within 24h will be accepted after 24h no complain will be under our responsibility, NO REFUNDS GIVEN.
Any complaints should be made to the owner or their representative as soon as possible so that they can be dealt with promptly. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you must provide written notification within 7 days of the end of the rental period. We are not responsible for slow or bad internet connection as in the summer season there is too much activity for the system to coop with. We are not responsible for noisy neighbours, unexpected building activities, etc. If any electrical good need repairs (air conditioning, dish washer, washing machine etc.) we are not responsible for the time it will take to get an external technician to fix the defect. Municipal and/or regional authorities can, for various reasons, decide to cut off or decrease the water and electricity supply. Sunny Homes Rentals SL cannot be held responsible for the caused damage –
The total number of guests staying at the property may not exceed the number specified on our website. The owner reserves the right to refuse entry or evict the entire party.
12. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country where the rental property is located.
Any disputes arising from the rental of the property will be resolved in accordance with the laws of that country.
